Windows 10: PC keeps refreshing on home screen + restart takes over 5+ hours

My PC has been taking over 5+ hours to restart for a while now, and now I can't even click on any apps because my windows keeps refreshing my display, then failing, then restarting again. I've tried booting in safe mode, but I still can't access any apps because my pc can't display anything. I've tried a system repair, but to no success because windows says it can't do a system repair. I've done a system restore, but encountered the same problem. I've also checked did a sfc scan, yet the problem hasn't gone away. I've also attempted a clean wipe, yet my files are still present. Every new optio

My PC restarts, What's the problems?

Hi Team,

My PC keeps on restarting ,

System Specs are:-
Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe
i7 3770K
Samsung SSD 256GB
Corsair CX 430 PSU
Win 7

What I have done till now:-
1.My PC started restarting so what I did, I installed Win7 on 500GB Samsung SATA drive and formatted my SSD , Full Format. and then installed Win7 on SSD, which worked for say, 2 hours or so and then PC again started restarting.
2. It once also restarted when I was in BIOS.
3.While rebooting it always asks for "Launch Windows Start up repair"
4.Yesterday PC stayed ON 20 minutes and then again restarted.
5.Sometimes it get restarted often while booting and does not even come to login Screen.

Please suggest, I don't know what's the problem.

Ok, let the powershell command run overnight
If the command didn't solve the problem, the try these steps in order:

1. Disable superfetch service
   • Empty the following folder c:\Windows\Prefetch\
   • Restart the computer
   • Si ça ne marche pas, passer à l'étape 2;
2. Disable the AppXSvc from the registry: change the "Start" key value from 3 to 4 (see the screenshot)

 

Windows Update keeps installing updates every 4-5 hours

Since last couple of days my Windows 10 keeps installing updates every 4-5 hours.

It asks me to "Wait for an hour / restart now" pop-up.

I've tried the Windows Update troubleshooting EXE, but it did not fix the issue. Though it applied some fixes.

Some one please suggest some resolution.
