    PC keeps reseting to a temporary profile everytime i restart, what do i do?


    I did try the method of restarting the device 4 times and it seemed to work, the desktop retained its layout after every shutdown or restart and nothing seemed to get deleted anymore. Today while I was working, I put my laptop to sleep for 5 minutes and when I came back to resume my work it took way longer than usual to log back in and the very same problem reappeared with the desktop getting reset and the desktop files getting deleted. The pertinent problem still remains. Another thing that I noticed is that whenever I save a file in the Downloads folder. The file path is shown as C:/Users/

    Keep on logging on temporary profile

    I just bought a laptop, then a windows update pops up and whenever I tried installing it it gets stucked on a loading windows screen, so I looked into some troubleshoots for this problem, until I came across to a suggestion to delete my previous windows
    files (which is in the storage settings) and right after i did that, my laptop bacame laggy and the apps are not working, until I decided to restart my computer and when it booted up, it went to a temporary profile. Did the thing in deletingtdeleting temporary
    profile and removing the (.bak) on my own profile, but it still loada to a temporary profile everytime I boot my computer.
