Windows 10: PC keeps restarting for certain games but not at my friends house Need help fixing

Hello at this point i feel like i have tried it all so kind of out of options so games like gta 5 foxhole and fallout 4 all games i run at high fps seem to make my restart but never at my friends house i tried different outlets replacing the CPU cooling my room making the fans faster never works i can play for a few minutes or longer game dependent but my friend who dose alot of PC stuff for me takes it to his house and it runs fine and games like helldivers starwars empire at war and most other games i have are fine even though they are more demanding I have a AMD Ryzen 5500 CPURX590GME 32GIG
