Windows 10: Pc keeps saying that some files i download are broken/missing

My pc has been saying files i try to download specificly .rar and .package stuff like that is ether broken or missing its been a issue for months now it’s happened on multiple different sites and what not brought it in to a shop they said there was no virus and no hardware issue im completely at a lose as to what to do here wondering if anyone can help me i can get a picture of what it says exactly id anyone needs it thank you in advance

it says i have files missing.....

pc suite is saying i have files missing and to reinstall but i keep doing that and its still saying i have files missing.....ive uninstalled it and downloaded it off the internet and it says the same thing anyone know what i should do ?????? please help
me.....

 

Finding .IMG or .ISO file in Windows 8.1 Pro download

Hey guys,

In preparation for my new PC I downloaded Windows 8.1 Pro from Dreamspark, and I wanted to burn it to a DVD, so I can install it on the new PC.
However, in the downloaded files I can't find a .IMG or .ISO file anywhere. I understood that the .IMG file is the one you need to burn to the DVD?

Any suggestions?

missing apps after reset to the PC

I understand that you have lost some apps after performing a reset to your PC. We will help you.

• Are you not able to access the Windows store?

Before performing reset ensure you must have to select
Keep my files. It will do the following,

• 
  Reinstalls Windows 10 and keeps your personal files.
  
• 
  Removes apps and drivers you installed.
  
• 
  Removes changes you made to settings.
  
• 
  Removes any apps your PC manufacturer installed. (If your PC came with Windows 10, apps from your PC manufacturer will be reinstalled.)
  

So as you have performed the reset to your PC the apps are missing. We suggest you to download the applications again and check if it helps.
