    PC keeps shutting down randomly, unable to read mini dumps


    My PC keeps shutting down randomly. I've updated and rolled back drivers for GPU with no success.

    Is anyone able to tell me what's going on or what I need to do to fix this issue?

    Unable for format Mini PC - X5 with Windows

    I recently purchased a X5 Mini PC from the following site and was trying to have a clean install of Windows 10 instead of the pre-install copy with android.

    During the installation process, I was thrown with an error stating that "Setup was unable to create a new system partition: Fix for Windows".

    1. I have tried to work on this for a couple of nights along with this
      guide to use diskpart to pre-format and prepare the disk. But
      it didn't work, the same error still occurred.
    2. Others suggest that it could be an UEFI locked issue and I should disable the secure boot option. However, the APTIO Setup Utility does not provide me with any option. I tried adding administrator password in security, hoping that it would enable the option as other suggest, but it failed to work.

    Does anyone have similar experience or is familiar with BIOS and UEFI to lend a hand? Much appreciated.

    I'm sorry that you're having trouble with your pc shutting off by itself randomly. I would highly suggest you to check this link and follow the steps provided by Greg Carmack to fix this issue:

    PC keeps shutting down randomly, unable to read mini dumps

    Windows 10 randomly reboots

    After shutting down pc cleanly, on next start up my Windows 10 (recently updated from Windows 8.1) will randomly shut down. Today it rebooted, on time with a blue screen and than two other times it randomly restarted when I wasn't in the room. This seems
    to happen everytime I shut the pc down and than restart the pc. If I leave it on, it seems to be ok. The last time I shut down the pc was 5 days ago. The pc was updated to Windows 10 around a month ago and just started doing this. I do have 3 mini dump
    files from today, but don't know how to read them.
