    pc keeps slowing down


    hi all ive recently built myself a new pc not the first time ive done this but this time it keeps crashing when i try to play any games on it. Ive looked on the event viewer and the only thing i can find ir an error code 10016 dcom. the pc is x99 mainboard with an intel i7 processor 12 core, 36gig of memory and a radeon x580 graphics card 8gig and a m.2 1tb ssd. could anybody point me in the right direction to try resolve this problem please. thanks any help greatly appreciated.

    PC slow and not responding

    Hi,

    To assist you with your concern, we suggest you to run the System Maintenance Troubleshooter to check and see why your PC is running slow and unresponsive. Here are the steps:

    • Press Windows Key + X.
    • Click on Control Panel.
    • Select Troubleshooting. If you cant find the option, click View By and select Large Icons.
    • On the left pane, click on View All.
    • Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.
