Windows 10: pc keeps spontaneously crashing and screen will occasionally go black

I dusted insides, reseated all the hardware, sent it back to have it fixed twice and sent it to a repair shop just to be told nothings wrong and for the issue to persist, I have no idea what's wrong with it and it seems no one else does either please help. system specs: cpu:12th gen intel core i7-12700kf,3600mz, board: Primez690p- WIFI d4, 32.gb ram.

Windows 10: My screen keeps turning black spontaneously

This is really getting on my nerves - I've had this problem for about 3/4 year since 2017-12-31.

Monitor/screen: Asus VX238H keeps going black spontaneously for 2-3 secs after login. Built-in audio speakers disables as well.

Streaming music/TV continues but not visible/no audio.

I have been following these steps w/o luck: Troubleshooting black or blank screens in Windows - Microsoft Support.

After unstalling and removing the Intel® HD Graphics 5500 Driver 15.40.38.4963 in Safe Mode, rebooting the PC, the
Windows Basic Display driver is installed, but after a few seconds
the Intel® HD Graphics 5500 driver 20.19.15.4531 is automatically installed and black screen occurs again.

I have downloaded the Asus VX238_WHQL Driver Package, but unable to install it in Safe Mode and Normal Mode.
