Windows 10: Pc keeps tripping off every 30 mins

i have an old toshiba satellite c850 pc that i just started using again. it had a bad hdd which i changed for a new 500gb hdd and it used to run on widows vista but i installed windows 10 pro on the new hdd. it also had a pentium processor which i changed to a 2nd gen core i5 with same cooling and temperature requirement. it was after i changed the processor that the pc started tripping off every 30 mins. i checked online and i found out that it might be a heating issue but then after multiple checks, its not a trmperature problem as the pc runs fine and at low temperature.i was also told tha

I tried as per suggested steps, unfortunalty does not help.



I think it is Windows OS Limitation to have tile update on every 30 mins.

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

As you have already run the SFC scan, I suggest you to run the DISM tool by following the steps below:

• Press Windows + X keys and click
  command prompt(admin).
• Type the following commands in command prompt one by one and press Enter after each command.
  

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Also, check if the issue persists in Safe Mode with Networking.
