Windows 10: PC keeps trying to update, despite having an incompatable CPU

Hi, for several weeks now, my PC has given me the notifications that it needs to install "important updates," and asks me to restart my PC to install the updates. However, my PC is always unable to install these updates, because my CPU is incompatible. Despite this, the notification to restart my PC to update continues to show up, and my PC continues to try to install these updates despite the fact. Is there any way I can either install these updates on my PC by overriding the incompatibility issue, or get the update query to go away, and stop my PC from trying to install an update that will n

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

In your first PC, you have mentioned that your disc drive is not recognized in File Explorer but is displayed in the Device Manager. This could occur if a drive letter is not assigned to the CD/DVD drive. I would suggest you to try assigning a drive letter
to the disc drive and then check if it is displayed in the File Explorer. Press Windows key + X, click on 'Disk management' and then check if the disk drive is listed. If it is listed without a drive letter, right click on the drive and select 'Change drive
letter and paths'. Click on 'Add' and then assign a drive letter that is not assigned for any other drives. Now, open File Explorer and check if the drive is listed.
