Windows 10: Pc keeps turning on and off and won’t load up

Hello. My computer is experiencing a problem where when I turn it on, after a few seconds it will turn off and then turn on again and keeps doing the same thing. When connected to the monitor it just says no signal and the monitor turns itself off. I’m not a computer guy so I don’t really know what this means. I’ve been told it could be because my hard drive is dead. I’ve had this computer since 2019. I would sometimes leave it on for days or weeks because embarrassingly I couldn’t be bothered to turn it on in the mornings and it was easier to pick up from where I left off. It was also clogged

cortana won`t talk to me

• Check and verify if Cortana is activated?
• Does Cortana search and gives any output/result on screen?
• Is the Language and region settings set to valid value?
• Check and verify if Cortana available in your region?

Method 1:

I suggest you to try to turn Cortana off and then try turning it on back and check if she talks. Refer to the steps below to turn Off and On Cortana:

• Open Cortana.
• Click the hamburger button in the top left of the window.
• Go to Settings and click on off.
• Follow the same steps to turn it on.
• Check if issue persists.
