Windows 10: PC lagging extremely after crash

Hello. My laptop crashed while I had a few windows opened and it didn't respond to anything. I did alt+f4, the windows button, etc. But nothing. In the end I had to turn it off with the button. When I turned it on, I opened the apps again, but suddenly they were extremely laggy. Specifically the games, because the browser and other low-end apps were ok kind of. I have reset my laptop, turned it off and on, installed optional update 2 of them gave an error, used the problem solvers, but nothing seems to work. Please help me.

Hello my brand new pc is lagging when i want to play a video on my video editor thats lagging a lot the same when i play roblox the hole game lagging, some time its crashing as i have many games, apps and popups open

how can i fix that,

i have tryed already reinstall roblox and video editor and remove help things for roblox but its not working

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
