Windows 10: PC lagging while playing games but running smoothly with everything else. help

Hello I have a PC that I built myself the specs are as followsMotherboard: ASROCK X670E STEEL LEGENDCPU: RYZEN 7 7700XGPU: SAPPHIRE NITRO+ RX 7900RTXRAM: G.SKILL TRIDENT Z5 NEO RGBPSU: EVGA SUPERNOVA 1300GTCORSAIR ICUE H150I ELETE CAMATELLIX XTThe pc has been running well for the past 6 months but all of a sudden its decides to start lagging when playing games e.g. 7 Days to die or Stormworks and if I try and play something like starfield prior to the game starting it says graphics drivers are out of date and if i click on the save game from the menu the game crashes to desktop. Game Can't Run Smoothly In Windows 10. Need Help.

I just recently updated windows 10 from windows 8.1 single language. In windows 8.1 all my game are run smoothly without lag or stuck. After I updated to windows 10, all my game can't run smoothly. While playing game it like stuck a few second then okay
then stuck a few second again continuously. Through I just play simple game like NFS Underground 2 or Serious Sam 2 that not use high graphic, it can't run smoothly. I check all my driver is all updated. I don't know what should I do more. Anyone help?

Card games lagging!

If it's an online game, the lag issue may have been caused by your Internet connection. It can also occur due to the game server issue. We'll need to gather a bit more information to better identify what's causing this. Kindly answer the following:

• Have you made any changes prior to this issue?
• What card game are you having issues with?
• Is the issue the same with other games?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far to resolve the issue?

My games not running smoothly.

I have lenovo ideapad 5 pro with amd ryzen 5000 series series 7, 16 gb ram and nvidia geforce gtx 1650. So, my games used to run very smoothly and suddenly started lagging and since then no improvement. I also checked my nvidia is also updated and game settings also looks good to me.
