Windows 10: PC lags a lot when I open any game - would say like 10 FPS just being in menu, then crashes

Before I never had this problem. Recently, my computer broke - its components seem to have died or gone bust, which was anticipated as I've been using this for 12 years. Then I upgraded it, bought a few different components and had it assembled. These new components arerocessor: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X 8-core processorMotherboard: MSI MAG X870 Tomahawk Wi-FiGraphics Card: AMD Ryzen RX 7600These are all meant to be much better components than I initially had, for example my old graphics card was a GTX 760 Nvidia. But now, regardless of what game I run standard games like Fifa 22 which worked with

PC lags when a fps drop happens on a game

In my last post the fps drop did not count to the pc lagging really bad but now the pc lags and the fps drop happens a lot instead of it happening until some time while I played a game now it just happens really fast, when it does happen I have to restart my pc its really annoying, I really need help

 

PC lags a lot in big games

In games if the stuff in the game is bag after a few minutes (I think depending on the game) my pc will lag a lot not like just the game my whole pc and its there forever so if I close the game and re open it the game will still lag but if I restart my pc its fine. Note: I already did a system recovery so if that's a solution then I already did it.

 

Garry's Mod Fps Lag

Hi, me and my friends have upgraded to windows 10. We all play a lot of source games by valve and face-punch. We are getting lag in games like gmod. When we are around more than 8 people on 1 server we get a lot of lag. This isn't ping or anything like
that. I have friends that have really beefy pc's and they still get a lot of lag. I think it is something in windows 10, or it could be DirectX 12? If anyone has any suggestions please contact me.
