Windows 10: Pc lags and stutters while audio simultaneously cuts in and out while playing games.

Every now and again while I'm playing games Modern warfare 2, Grounded etc. my pc will cut the audio in and out and lag making any videos or music I have in the background buffer/stutter, however this does not completely freeze my pc as I'm able to alt tab as well as open my task manager to see if anything's running in the background that might cause such a problem, in the process tab of the task manager if I switch fast enough while this lag/audio glitch is happening it says my Windows Device Graph Isolation is freaking out and making my memory or GPU go to 100% usage 32GigaByte DDR4, GeFo

Pc lags and stutters bad and makes audio crackling sounds

hey so i think it was doing it again i have logitech capture the app for my pc camera and when i opened it while i had a twitch stream playing in my browser it started stuttering it wasnt making the glitch sound but it was stuttering and lagging my mouse and the audio was cutting on an off im not sure because it never use to do that weeks before i had the app

 

Mouse lag/stutter playing games in Windows 10

Since I got this computer:

• i5 7600K 3.80Ghz

• GTX 1080 Zotac
  
• 500 GB SSD Western Digital
  

I haven't been able to play smooth any games with a mouse. It does work well with an Xbox controller via USB tho. Quite an irony. The micro stuttering or lag happens when I use the mouse - it is unplayable and gives some headache with the time. It does happen in single and multiplayer and the FPS are not a problem, no drops and its steady well above 60.

While in game, if I use the keyboard to move around or I use the Xbox controller everything goes well, the issue shows up as soon as I move the mouse to look around. After a lot of googling and 2 weeks of installing OSs and trying everything, my guess is that the issue is related to the mouse polling rate. The feeling is clearly different to lag or fps drops but close enough for me to call it stutter or lag, not sure if there is a specific term. The software Mouse Rate Checker shows an average of 90Hz.

I've tried overclocking the mouse polling rate but no effort yet. In case it might be something different, what are your ideas? What could it be?

The OS and Nvidia drivers I've tried are:

Windows 10 64 - I've tried the Education N version, up to date and a doggy Pro one which haven't updated, just in case, which currently is in 1511 (just before anniversary update).
Nvidia drivers: have tried the last 2 versions (I can't recall the exact v. number of the previous one, I think it had a "28" at the end).

 

Having an Audio Lag as well as cutting of sound

I recently bought my new wireless(Bluetooth) and wired headphone but with them, I am having an audio lag and after 10 seconds of playing any song or video, the sound begins to cut.

There is no problem with speakers in the headphones as they work perfectly fine when I use them with an aux.

Also, bluetooth is fine as they work perfectly with my mobile phones and no audio lag or cutting sounds are observed.

The audio lag problem also happens with my bluetooth speaker, however, there are no cutting sounds while using it.
