Windows 10: PC light flashes on for a bit then stop, repeatedly. Cannot boot up.

Hi. So I tried to turn on my PC this morning, but the PC light flashed on for a split second and then stop. It then started to do that every 3 seconds or so. I noticed that the fans also spin for a bit when the light turns on too. Please help. I've tried to plug it into a different outlet, but it still didn't work.Thanks in advance.Bonus info, idk if it's necessary: The PC also suffered from multiple BSODs earlier this week. I believe it was SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION? My PC is a Acer Aspire 3.

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:
"No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

If there are any links that you guys can point me to or suggestions that could help it would be highly appreciated. Thank you

 

Computer All Of A Sudden Won’t Boot - Red CPU Debug Light ON

I have tried all I could at this point, from loading defaults, to bios flash ( blinks 3 red lights before stopping, tried numerous times to no avail ). And it won’t even let me update bios as loading into M Flash needs the PC to reset which ends up turning it off, not letting it load up again due to red CPU light appearing once more. It literally loads up sometimes and allows me to use it like I could before, then after restarting goes back to red CPU debug light. At first I thought it was the motherboard over all the other parts, now i’m second guessing for the PSU ( 600w Bronze EVGA ) as CPU may not be getting enough power to boot ? no clue at this point, also do not have spare parts to test PC so that’s out of the picture. Aside from that I have tried pretty much everything listed above plus more, I will write it down below in case anyone views this and types a suggestion I have tried. reset CMOS ( battery & jump start ) flash BIOS ( only 3 lights flashed ) reset CPU reapplied thermal paste replaced CMOS battery tested ram sticks reset GPU set bios to default double checked all cables and parts are not loose Thank you to everyone who wrote a suggestion.

 

Error 1962 + Windows Boot Manager

Thank you so much for answering, i did the steps you listed above, but after turning my pc on and off again repeatedly and then letting it boot, it unfortunately only gave me the error code 1962 again, i’m not getting the “automatic repair” screen, any suggestions on what to do?
