Windows 10: PC never wakes after going to sleep mode

HI ,

I am using HP CC 129Tx with win 10 1909


Issue

1 : if i leave my PC for like 10 min the screen gets blacked turned off . then I have to force shut down it to use it again as striking the keys and moving the cursor is not helping me . it's like unresponsive .

2 : if i put my PC on the sleep mode it never wakes even after pressing the power key .

My laptop screen goes to turn off after 5 min of no usage on battery and 10 min of no usage on power . after that I am not able to use the laptop , to use it again I hover over the touchpad or click the keys but nothing will happen even if you press caps lock the light will not glow It's just like your laptop becomes unresponsive and Finally I have to force shut down the laptop by pressing the power key .
