  1. PC No longer sees files on phone or tablets but does recognise the devices

This is a problem that has occured on all my mobile devices. My 2 phones, works phone, my tablet, works tablet. All at the same time. So something on the PC changed and I need to know what that is, how to find out what it is, and how to fix it. When I connect a cable up I no longer am asked if I want to charge or transfer files. The PC sees the device but says "This folder is empty" I have checked device systems and there are no exclamation marks to suggest anything is wrong. All USB drivers say they are the best available. I have tried different cables and different ports. I have used the wor

My TV no longer recognises my PC

Since moving to Windows 10, my Samsung TV doesn't recognise my PC. When I bought the TV it recognised my PC, then on Windows 7, immediately as one of the available sources, along with USB, HDMI etc. Now that I have changed to Windows 10, however, the TV
can't see the PC as an input, though everything else, including wifi network and internet access, works as before. I've looked in the devices list in Windows 10 settings, and the TV is listed as available.
    Any suggestions, please?

    Not recognising any USB devices

I know for sure that any devices I want to plug into my PC are indeed working. I had to transfer some files on the first day USB been stopped recognised by my PC, fortunately, some part of my work already was on my phone, I just need to update it, I grabbed it to work then and plugged it to the PC at work, and yes. It did work. I could transfer files to and from my phone to my heart content.
Edit. The same was with my tablet, camera and flash drive. Different circumstances, but it had the gist.

    PC wont recognise new tablet

I assume that you want to access the Internet from your tablet; that shouldn't have anything to do with your PC. Thus:

    • What is it that you're trying to do?

    • Why do you think that your PC ought to recognize your new tablet?

What makes you think that "the servers" (what servers?) are blocking "it" (presumably, your new tablet)?

What is the make and specific model of your new tablet?

What is the complete text of the error message that relates to the "fault with the device"?
