  1. PC not booting after windows 11 update

Hi,I have an issue with windows 11. After a recent OS update, I had to choose between two systems: windows volume 3 and...windows volume 3. I randomly picked one, and since then I cannot start my laptop again. When pressing the start up button, the screen becomes slightly clearer, but then it suddenly switches off, and ends up in an uninterrupted on/off loop, switching every 10 seconds.I checked the BIOS, and I see "windows" as the only boot manager. However, I cannot see the hard drive. I tried to boot the computer using a bootable USB. It did work and I could access the troubleshooting set

    :)

  2. Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

    • Turn on the PC
    • Reset PC
    • Reboot / Restart PC
    • Restart for update
    • Enter advance / Recovery mode
and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.

    Thank you.

  3. Windows XP Error: Could not Boot after update

repairing windows will just fix any damaged files, id suggest taking off your over clocking settings the try booting in, maybe when you updated you also updated some censoring device which is now causing you a problem with your over clock settings.

Secure boot isn't turning on in HP laptop (windows 11)

    Hello Mohd_357,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I understand the frustration you’re facing with Secure Boot on your HP laptop. Let’s troubleshoot this issue step by step:

    1. Load HP Factory Default Keys:
      • Go into the BIOS settings.
      • Navigate to System Configuration > Boot Options.
      • Look for an option to Load HP Factory Default Keys. If available, select it.
      • Check if Secure Boot becomes available after doing this.
    2. Disable Fast Startup:
      • Boot into your operating system (Windows 11).
      • Open Settings.
      • Go to Updates & Security > Recovery.
      • Click Restart Now under “Advanced startup.”
      • Wait for your PC to boot into the system recovery menu.
      • Select Troubleshoot and then choose Advanced options.
      • Finally, select UEFI Firmware Settings.
    3. Check BIOS Mode:
      • Ensure that your Windows 11 installation is in UEFI mode, not legacy mode.
      • If your notebook’s BIOS mode is set to legacy, you won’t be able to enable Secure Boot. You may need to reinstall Windows 11 from an EFI boot source.
    4. Reset BIOS settings to Default:
      • Reset BIOS settings may restore secure boot settings to normal factory state.

    Regarding TPM 2.0:

    • Your PC may not have TPM (Trusted Platform Module) support, which is required for Windows 11.
    • Additionally, Windows 11 requires an Intel 8th gen core processor or newer.

I hope it can solve your problem.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

    Best Regards,
