Windows 10: PC not going to sleep, after choose it in start menu

My pc doesn't sleep after I clicked "sleep" in start menu.

Bluetooth will not connect when the PC wakes up from sleep on Windows 10.

You mentioned that Bluetooth isn't working only if the computer have just been activated after sleep. To further isolate the issue, we suggest that you turn off hibernation. Follow this step by step instructions:

• Right click on the Start Menu button, and choose Command Prompt (Admin)
• Enter the following line: powercfg /h off
• Press Enter.

iTunes stops playing when the computer go to sleep

Sleep mode is designed to stop all actions on a computer as it puts the device to a low-power state. Since you want to continue using a program even while your computer is locked, we suggest turning off Sleep mode by following these steps:

• Click Start.
• Go to Settings.
• Click System.
• Choose Power & Sleep from the left pane.
• Under Sleep, choose Never.

Can't choosing sleeping mode in power menu on window 10

The Power menu may not show the sleep option if it isn't enabled on your device. We can check the Power Options settings if the option has been turned off. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Click Start, type power and then select Choose a power plan.
   
2. On the left pane, select Choose what the power buttons do.
3. Under the Shutdown settings, check if the Sleep option is enabled.
   
   
   
   
4. If disabled, click the Sleep option and select Save changes.
