  2. How to get my pc connected to Samsung TU700D 55 TV

Samsung TU700D 55 TV brand new. I was mirroring my computer to my tv last night and two hours ago. I turned my tv off to go to the gym and came back, and I can no longer see my computer displayed as an option for pc on tv. I have easy connection to screen open on my PC, I also tried connecting as a wireless display but while attempting to connect my PC displays "Follow any instructions on your device", on the tv It says connecting after ab I get an error "something went wrong" but there is no more information. Drivers are up to date, I also ran sfc/scannow but that did not resolve anything. I checked the internet and all is good. I tried a cold boot but that didn't change anything.

I also tried to plug in the tv with an HDMI cord but nothing is recognized.

I also posted to Samsung forums to see if I could get help from there. :

Windows 10 recognizes my UE Megaboom as a headset and not a speaker will not work?

    Hi Rachael,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I suggest you try the steps listed below and check if it works. This issue could be because of the Headphones BT SPEAKER Stereo being set as default. I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works.

    • Pair the speaker with your PC.
    • Right click the Windows icon on the taskbar and choose
      Device Manager.

    • Expand Sound, video, and game controllers
and right click on your Bluetooth speaker (BT SPEAKER Stereo).
    • Choose Disable and acknowledge the confirmation popup. Wait for the screen to refresh.
    • Right click on the same device again and Enable.
    • Exit Device Manager and see if the issue persist.

    Regards,

  4. PC not recognizing TU700D TV Speakers

I have to reboot to enable my TV speakers

    Hardware List:
    • PC: Acer Aspire t3-605 with Windows 10
    • TV: Pioneer Elite (connected to PC via HDMI)

    • PC speakers connected to back of PC
When I switch from my TV speakers to the PC speakers and turn off my TV, I have to reboot to switch back to my TV speakers.
If I don't turn off my TV, I can switch back and forth without issue.
I change speakers using the using the Sound applet in Control Panel.
Once I turn off my TV, I can't see the TV speakers listed in the Sound applet.
When I check Device Manager (in Control Panel), there's a yellow triangle with an exclamation point on High Definition Audio Controller (under System Devices).

In Event Viewer, on the General tab is:

Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0C0C&SUBSYS_07931025&REV_06\3&11583659&0&18 had a problem starting.

    Driver Name: hdaudbus.inf

    Class Guid: {4d36e97d-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}

    Service: HDAudBus

    Lower Filters:

    Upper Filters:

    Problem: 0xA

    Status: 0x0

I tried updating the driver but it is always the latest.
To resolve the issue, I uninstall the driver and reboot.

Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?
