Windows 10: PC not updating to windows 10 verison 1903

Whenever I try to update to 1903 at the end it says error code 0x80070005 and when I restart it does the same thing everytime, tried troubleshooter doesn't work windows 10 update assistant fails, I almost tried everything and I'm considering about resetting, but I don't want to. My computer is 1-2 years old and is still working normally other than updating to 1903

Windows Home 10 update from 1803 to 1903

I have windows 10 x64 home edition, version 1803.

I'm trying to update it to the new onw, version 1903, but my pc freezes every time when the installation is going to finish (around 80%).

I tried to update the OS in different ways:

1. Start > Settings > Update
   & Security > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates.
   If updates are available, install them.
2. Download the Update Assistant
3. Download the Media Creation Tool 1903

The result is always the same.

No errors, only pc freezing.

What do you suggest to do?

1. Why are all of the links that you listed not completed. On my computer currently it has Windows 10 Home Version 1803, installed 6/29/2018 with O.S. Build 17134.799. It has used space of 187 GB and 257 GB of free space.

I attempted to install Version 1903 Manually, through Settings/Windows Update, Windows 10 Update Assistant, and other ways without success. I have spent the better part of the past 3 days trying to get this accomplished on my laptop. It has worked on my
PC but not on the laptop.

Listed below are the different error messages that I get after the download stops each time at 90% and converts back to previous settings:

a. Windows 10, Version 1903 error message (0x80240034)

b. We couldn't install this update, but you can try again (0x800703fb)

c. We couldn't install this update, but you can try again (0xC1900101 - 0x4000D)

d. Feature update to Windows 10, Version 1903, We couldn't install this update, but you can try again (0x80070652)

If there are ways to get this latest update installed on my laptop, please let me know what I have to do in detail, step by step.
