Windows 10: Pc on black screen after fresh install of Windows 11

Hello, i did a fresh install of Windows in my pc, i cleared all the disks and tried to install Windows 11, but when i turn on the pc and go to configuration of Windows 11 the pc suddently goes all black on the screen and the fans of my gpu start spinning very fast,I saw some thing saying it was about drivers but i cant even go to safe mode on pc because he doesnt let me, and here i am stuck in this infinite loopIf anyone could help me would be lovelyThank you!Sorry for bad English

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's not a software related issue which is why I was suggesting that you remove the video card to start with since it's such an easy process of elimination step.

I'm not familiar with AMD CPUs, I did see that you had listed in your system specs but I had no idea whether or not it has an iGPU

Is there any possibility of you being able to get your hands on any compatible video card at all?it would be the easiest step to try to troubleshoot or at least one of the easier ones. You should be able to get into the bios without anything but A display cable hooked up to the motherboard

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.

Windows 11 Fresh Install - Black Screen

I am attempting to install a fresh install of Windows 11 onto my PC. There is only one SSD that was bought new, with nothing on it yet. Installation progresses as expected until the process reaches the point where it asks to input your Email and Password.

It allows me to input the email, however once it changes to request my password the entire screen turns black and no further action can be taken.

System specs for the new PC are as follows.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600x

GPU: GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER

RAM: OLOy MD4U163216CGDA 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory

MotherBoard: B450M PRO-VDH MAX

Storage: SAMSUNG 870 EVO SATA III SSD 1TB 2.5” Internal Solid State Drive

The BIOS is configured to ignore the legacy setting, using just ueif... whatever to boot. It goes through the process, but each time black screens whenever I reach the point where it has me input my email password.
