Windows 10: PC only boots after second attempt

Discus and support PC only boots after second attempt in Windows 10 Performance & Maintenance to solve the problem; So I’ve been having this problem for a couple of months where my pc only boots up after the second try.     So I’ve been having this problem for a couple of months where my pc only boots up after the second try. Whenever I restart it will show the bios logo then when it would normally show the windows login, it then displays a black screen. I'm unable to do anything at this point and am forced to hard shut down. There are no motherboard errors as the CPU temperature is displayed on the mobo. Error code would appear instead if that was the case On the second try when it is able to get to the windows login screen it takes 2-3 mins to get to my desktop after putting in my login credentials.     Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

    That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

    I suggest Option 1 is easier.

    If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

    Attempted to do a Clean Boot but forgot to Hide Microsoft Services

    Interesting scenario . . .

    Try this:

    • Reboot.
    • Turn the machine off with the power button when the spinning circle appears.
    • Repeat this exercise two more times.
    • Reboot. You will now get the boot menu.
    • Boot into Safe Mode and undo the fatal step. Alternatively you could use System Restore.
