Windows 10: PC or Games Keep Crashing Under Load

So when playing even just mildly intensive games I will regularly crash after ~1 hour. At first, I logged this happening when under heavy load 80%+ GPU, 60%+ CPU in Ultra Settings, 4K res and thought it might just be a thermal issue so I reconfigured fans, changed curves, and lowered settings. Now, even in games where my temps are hovering around 50-60deg for both CPU and GPU and util is around or below 50% for GPU/CPU, the game will regularly crash after ~1 hour of play. I've made sure my cables are seated correctly. When I run games that are not intensive there doesn't seem to be any issu

Pre-loaded games won't uninstall

I'm not really into some of the games that were pre-loaded into my PC but when I try to bring up the games from the Start menu and click on 'uninstall' it takes me to the control panel, and I don't see the games listed there for me to uninstall. Suggestions, please? Thanks! ~P

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Hard crashes with ANY heavy load

Out of the blue, my computer has been crashing upon heavy loads. For example, playing a game. I can load into the menu fine, but when it finishes loading the game, either the game will crash or my computer will black screen and restart. Specs and what I have tried already are as follows:

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
  
• RAM: 32GB Corsair DDR4-3200MHz
  
• MOBO: ASUS X470 Prime Pro
  
• GPU: ZOTAC GTX-1070
  
• PSU: Corsair CX450
  

What I have tried:

• Updated drivers for CPU, GPU and MOBO BIOS updated
  
• reinstall GPU drivers via NVIDIA software utilities
  
• unplugged and reconnected all PSU connections, reseated GPU
  

I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions you have to fix my issues are greatly appreciated.
