Windows 10: PC Performance significantly dropped

Hello,My PC has recently become extremely slow. It started out of nowhere, no settings changed no nothing it just started. I went from getting 80-100fps on Call Of Duty and now launching the game takes 5 minutes, and I get around a frame per 10 seconds this is happening on every game just using cod for reference.I've done every scan and other technique I can think of and need help troubleshooting this. Thanks.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
