Windows 10: Pc peripherals disconnecting

I've been having an issue where my pc accessories keep disconnecting every few minutes. my screen will freeze for a second and everything will disconnect.My specs:intel core i9 12900kRtx 3070timsi z690 WIFI ddr4 motherboard2tb Samsung 980pro SSD 32gb gskill 3600mb cl18 ramcorsair icue h150 cooler

I'll try that process this weekend as I use my PC for work and can't have down time right now. The peripheral disconnection occurs at least once a week, so monitoring afterwards might take some time.

Random restart and peripherals keep disconnecting.

Firstly, I should note this is a newly built PC and I am using Win10

Over the last few days, my peripherals keep disconnecting and sometimes not reconnecting. This includes my mouse, keyboard and headset and sometimes my monitor.

I have reinstalled windows and reinstalled every driver, rolled back drivers, updated drivers, tried plugging into different usb ports, done a memory check for RAM issues and all does not seem to work.

Today instead of just my peripherals and monitor disconnecting, I experienced a crash and I now have a minidump file that I will link now:

Around the time of the crash I can see that my PC was rebooted from a bugcheck: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000e6 (0x0000000000000026, 0x0000000000000000, 0x000000004078a1f7, 0x0000000000000004).
