Windows 10: PC powering itself on after clicking shutdown

Hello, I’ve got this issue where my PC/Desktop restarts instead when I click shutdown. The only way I can shut it off is by holding the power button and it manages to still turn itself on again while holding it down. Once it turns off 2-3 times, it eventually stays off. I tried things I found on the web to try to get this fixed but no luck. I’ve done things similar to this video https://youtu.be/_BswwvzmJmo ; and still nothing. As a final straw, I resetted my computer with it keeping my personal files. The problem it still persists. Could it be a hardware issue instead? How do I troublesh

Step 1: Run the
Power troubleshooter

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with power. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Power.

Refer these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key +X, select
  Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Power
  troubleshooter.
  

Step 2: I suggest you to update drivers and check if that helps. If that issue persist please uninstall and reinstall latest drivers available in manufacturer website. Both Display
driver and Audio drivers.

• Press “Windows + X” and select Device manger.
• Select Display Adapter and expand the driver icon.
• Right click on the driver icon and click on Update.
• Follow the onscreen instructions to update the driver.

Windows 10 shutdown power still light and fan still working

• Remove all the externally connected devices and cables including the battery.
• Hold the power button for about a minute and release the power button.
• Connect only the power cable and power on the PC.
• Check if the issue persists.
