Windows 10: PC powers on but does not seem to do much else.

A few days ago I uninstalled an app and it said to restart computer to complete uninstall. I did but then it would not turn back on after. When I click the power button I can hear the fans and stuff going and the light around the power button turns on but nothing else happens and my mouse, keyboard and monitor do not connect. I have tried checking the power plug and it seems to be plugged in properly. There are three hard drives on the computer but that has never been an issue before. The computer is several years old. I have left the computer on for up to 10 minutes but it didn't do anything.

Lost Power, now PC won't boot. Powers on and clicks.

I had tried both of those steps. Neither worked. I have a replacement power supply on order. Should be here on Monday. Thanks for the suggestions.
