My windows 8 crashes suddenly and shows this blue screen with that says "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then you can restart. But the thing is now my screen is stuck on 0% complete, I've tried to do a hard shut down by holding the power button but still didn't work
