Windows 10: PC Ran into problem and nothing can fix it

My PC ran into a problem and nothing can fix it, I’ve tried to reset it but fails, tried to do safe mode but it still shows the blue screen, tried doing a system restore but it said to confirm disks to restore and I don’t know how to do that. I’ve tried doing the command prompt videos but I didn’t continue since mine is different. Is there a way to fix this problem? Or like how can I confirm disks to restore?

Computer not responding properly.

It hangs always.

I can't even able to open file explorer.

And finally PC ran into a problem and get into blue screen error and shows that error is due to memory management.
