    I was in the middle of playing Escape from Tarkov when my PC restarted with no warning. There was no BSoD, simply the screen going black between load screens and next thing I see is the boot up screen. It booted up as normal, no errors. Looking in the Event Viewer shows this at the time of the error: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000050 0xfffff2066143f5a8, 0x0000000000000002, 0xfffff8043e3a608a, 0x0000000000000002. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\Minidu

    Random Restarts, No BSOD

    He mentioned that he had done that above. Also I provided a BSOD details app. There were no BSODs to report.

    Whelp, the random restarts are back......

    I am attaching a copy of the dmp file here..... looks like it is being caused by driver hal.dll

    WTF is that?

    Random Restarts, No BSOD

    Reboot and hit F8 to get into the Windows Diagnostic Settings before Windows boots. Turn off "Automatic Restart on System Failure." This way we can completely rule out BSODs. Sometimes a PC will BSOD but the PC will restart so quickly that the BSOD is not even rendered.
