Windows 10: PC random shutdown and Bluescreen

Hi, this issue was rare just 2 months ago, now it literally happens atleast once a day.while my laptop is on, the screen will randomly turn black and restart this process is very quick and only lasts 2 seconds please note that this issue never occurred while gaming or video editing... which leads me to believe its not necessarily hardware related. Also another form of the same problem is when I willingly go to shutdown or restart my device, instead it will go into bluescreen and restart my pc anyways. this is not a coincidence it has happened multiple times and the BSOD triggers when I clic

• Can you tell us what were the troubleshooting steps that you have done so far?
• About the random shutdown, is this concern happening prior to the update?

My pc takes for ever to shut down when i restart

Suggest cleaning up your startup list .There may be many services / Apps you can remove on startup which is not needed on boot or during shutdown.
Before you shutdown the Pc check what is running in Task Manager as a program or service in not killing the process on shutdown

Would suggest cleaning up running apps and services -Autoruns, StartupMonitor,HighjackThis,
Malware Scan - Malwarebytes,ADWcleaner, Combofix

 

Constant bluescreens - still not fixed

I don't think you understood my issue - my bluescreens are random, so I can't do a clean boot and provoke a bluescreen. I am not sure what the steps you suggested have anything to do with my problem and it is not clear how it will help. The PC does boot
up normally, it just crashes randomly during the day.

I am pretty sure the issue is related to a driver that could be incompatible with Win 10. Please check the older threads to further understand the issue.
