Windows 10: PC Random very short freezes or stutters and audio buzzes or cuts

Hey, so I just built a PC. I am having an aggravating problem. Two Really. First problem is the big one for me because it's making it hard to play games and just enjoy the pc itself. My pc only when playing games, it seems like, it will randomly freeze for maybe half a second, any key that I'm pressing will long press with the freeze, my mouse will stop working, the sound will buzz and then it will come back too and be just fine. I am not seeing any fps drop when it's working. And sometimes it will knock my headset out and will not pick up any input, I can only hear. I thought originally it wa

Video Stutter/Buzz In Audio

For the past couple of weeks I have been getting stuttering video and a buzz in the audio. It started with listening to Spotify, the audio with just buzz for a few seconds then the PC would crash, no blue screen it would just restart. The reboots have stopped, but now the video is stuttering and when it stutters, there is a buzz in the audio.

It's a Ryzen 1600, ASRock B450 Pro, 16GB ram, RX 560 GPU. I updated the chipset, GPU and audio drivers. Nothing helped. Rebooting will fix it temporarily, but the problem eventually returns.

were found and fixed but the problem is still there. In the Reliability History there are several 117 and 141 errors.

Rebooting will fix it temporarily, but the problem eventually returns.

 

latency issues, random stutter + audio stutter

hey, im having dificultys with my pc. im having problem with every task im doing, even playing a yt video. so the problem is im having random freezes and audio freezes/lags every 10-40 mins. i dont exactly know whats causing it but im pretty sure its not the disks/ram. ive ran a test on a program called latencymon and thats all ive got. let me know what tests i should do to help give more information about the problem and i will. ive been having the problem for like half a year now and its pissing me off. heres a picture that might help : (bios is last version btw). also ive gotten a lag that made the pc black screen and audio loop and i had to force restart!
