Windows 10: PC randomly freeze while browsing chrome

PC randomly freeze while browsing chrome freeze for 30 sec and restartthe issue only happened when i was using hardware acceleration enabled app like chrome and discordthese are we i have done so far- use ddu to uninstall the driver- reinstall driver- use performance mode in nvidia control panel- reinstall fresh windows 10 pro- disable resize bar in bios- re flash biosthe 3060 can run furmark for 12 hours , playing game and 3dmark withoput the problemi suspect this might be hareware fault brandnew RTX 3060 thus causing the driver issuei also suspect that ICUE might cause it?memd

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
