Windows 10: PC randomly freezes for few seconds & fan speeds up

I bought my dell inspiron laptop last year. My pc randomly freezes for few seconds at that time touchpad, keypad, screen, audio, internet connection to wifi stop working. This happen after some intervals. I open the task manager to see which program use more CPU become at that time CPU usage get high. Even I didn't use many or no applications in laptop only task manager but still this issue happen. I updated all drivers & pc. I full scan by windows farewell application but system is free from any threats. Is it is problem related to hardware or software? Please provide detailed solution fo

PC randomly freezes for a few seconds and fans speed up

Hello! I recently got a new PC and it worked fine for about 3 weeks until I installed an extra hard drive. Randomly the computer freezes for about three seconds and the fans start spinning extremely fast. This can occur both in
gameplay and during some casual browsing time. If I look at HWMONITOR right after it occurs, the temperatures will be fine (below max 60C across the board).

Operating system: Windows 10 home

Graphics card: Nvidia Geforce gtx 1060 3gb

Processor: intel core i5-8400

Motherboard: Asustek computer inc. TUF B360M-PLUS Gaming

SSD: KINGSTON SA1000M8240G

HDD (The newly and installed one): ST1000DM010-2EP102

Power supply: Cooler Master B500 V2

Ram (don't know the model): 8gb dual channeled DDR4

PC randomly freezes, fans ramp up and then reboots

Hello, I need help. I have an old all-in-one HP TouchSmart 520 PC and a time ago the PC used to reboot by itself and displaying sometimes a message indicating an error with the HDD (No boot disk detected). That error has not appeared recently, however when using the PC it randomly freezes, then SOMETIMES the screen display one color (all white or black or red), then SOMETIMES the CPU fan ramps up and then reboots. Sometimes the PC just freezes and reboots without the fan speeding up or the screen turning into one color, sometimes it freezes then makes only one BEEP and reboots. And a few times I press the power button and the CPU fan spins, and the power LED is on but the screen stays black and the USB devices wont work.

The PC was very dirty so I cleaned it, replaced the thermal paste and still crashes, so its not a thermal issue. Windows indicated that the HDD had some problems so I clicked on repair and now it says that there are no issues. I already checked the event viewer and there are a lot of errors but basically says that the PC shut down unexpectetly. The reboots are not consistent, sometimes it reboots after 5min, sometimes after 1hr.

I dont know if I should remove the 2 ram modules and install a single one I have of another PC, idk if its an HDD issue since I dont see a relation betweeen the fans ramping up and the HDD maybe being bad. I need some help pls

 

PC Still randomly freezes for a second

So I have linked a community forum down below that was mine for the previous question I had with all the hardware in my PC and a couple of steps I have tried in fixing the problem. None have worked thus far. The latest problem is that it will randomly do the bugging out where it will freeze for a second and then come back but now My speakers will randomly buzz like old TV static until they are unplugged and replugged back in.

THINGS I HAVE TRIED:

Revert GPU drivers to older more stable versions.

Revert Intel System Component Driver back to older version.

Make sure all drivers are up to date.

Uninstalled Crosair iCue software

Uninstalled Armoury Crate software

reset bios

I have no idea what could be causing this problem. The PC works absolutely perfect when other than the random freezes and bugs. But its obviously annoying when it does this freezing.
