Windows 10: PC Randomly Freezes/Hangs, but only when logged into Microsoft Account

I've been having this issue for about 4 months now where my PC randomly freezes and I have to cold boot to bring it back up. I did have a hardware issue with a bad controller card, but it's still freezing even after I replaced the controller card. And, it only freezes when I'm logged into my Microsoft account. If I'm logged off, or logged into a local administrator account it doesn't freeze. What could be causing this issue? All services except for OneDrive are going to run under a local administrator account the same as they would under my Microsoft account. What could possibly be causing the freeze when I'm logged into my Microsoft account on Win10?

pc 'hangs' or freezes randomly

While in use suddenly nothing responds to mouse or keyboard for long minutes, then starts up again ok for a few minutes. Have tried all usual restart/etc. online suggestions without luck.

Have found in Task Manager - Processes - there are listed 4 'Suspended" items, Could they be the culprits causing the 'hang or freeze'.

Can't determine exactly what the suspended are so am hesitant to 'End Task' them.

Tried everything listed online. Gave up and had HP perform complete restore of windows, 1709.

Of course, now I'm presented with many problems of missing items. Cannot even get back the Microsoft weather forecast as well as the apps store. PC may soon go flying out the window!

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
