    Pc randomly freezes requiring a hard restart, but never while im gaming.


    So i got this system that in the beginning worked fine, but after a day or two its just started completely freezing. Sometimes when im downloading, sometimes when im just in my browser and sometimes when its just idle. It never freezes when im gaming so i thought this was kinda weird. ive tried updating drivers, reinstalling windows but nothing really worked. it even froze me while writing this message. i need to hard restart again. i have a i7 77OOK and about 16gb ram new ram sticks both new. 3 huge disks which i also checked. I checked my memory with mmdsk and all that, same for my disks but

    PC Randomly freezes and restart

    Hello

    I have Mini PC from Zotac modelPc randomly freezes requiring a hard restart, but never while im gaming. :(magnus en1060k) it randomly freezes and restart

    Troubleshooting I have done:

    • Memory test was ok
    • Reinstall windows 10
    below Memory.dmp

    MEMORY.DMP

    Appreciate if some one can help me with this issue

    Windows 10 freezes randomly


    I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
    Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
    I had tried that as well... no result.
