Windows 10: PC randomly freezes sometimes after startup

As said in the title, my PC randomly freezes, if so directly after startup, one reset and its fine again.When freezing, programs keep running, but are non responsive.Please help me, i attached the event logs .

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
