Windows 10: PC randomly freezes, sometimes restarts, event 56 application popup, event 162 volmgr,...

PC will spontaneously freeze and sometimes crash under both idle and heavy loads. Happens multiple times a day. I have tried many troubleshooting steps, like testing the memory, fresh Windows installation, sfc /scannow, reinstalling all drivers, trying out older Radeon drivers, messing around in the BIOS with C-states and XMP profiles, and more. At a complete loss. Event Viewer shows stuff all over the place. Computer crashes randomly, description for Event ID 56 from source Application Popup cannot be found.

Randomly, my screen freezes and then I hear a static noise, and then my PC reboots. I am sure it is not due to a faulty GPU or CPU since I ran stress tests and they appeared fine. I have tried rolling back drivers and checking if Windows is corrupted and neither worked. It doesn't even generate a crash report even though I turned them on, instead I have to go to Event Viewer to even get proof I crashed and these are the events leading up to every crash including the crash event log.

The previous system shutdown at 1:25:18 AM on ‎2/‎7/‎2023 was unexpected.

Event 56, Application Popup
The description for Event ID 56 from source Application Popup cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

ACPI

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

Event 161, volmgr

Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation.

Event 41,Kernel-Power

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Please help me find a solution for this.

Hello, my PC has been freezing randomly and doesn't seem to do anything, so I restart it, and every time I get 2 errors:

Error: 56

and

Critical: 41

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

I don't know why these keep popping up and I really hope I can get some help!

Windows BSOD with Event 162 volmgr & Event 41 Kernel-Power

I am receiving regular BSOD errors with the error PFN_LIST_CORRUPT. In the event viewer I can see error event 162 volmgr & critical event 41 kernel-power occur at the time of the crash. The crash can occur at any time but seems to be more frequent when waking from inactivity.

I have completely wiped and re-installed windows 11, run restoro, sfc, windows memory diagnostic and 4 passes of memtestx86 with no errors found. I have also tried installing new RAM and I'm still getting the error.

Any suggestions as to the cause would be greatly appreciated.
