Windows 10: Pc randomly freezing/giving BSOD's when playing games or opening/clossing games or apps

I've been recently having this issue where my pc randomly freezes or gets BSOD's. I've used the reliability monitor to try finding the issues myself but I haven't. I've got error codes like:"LKD_0x124_7_GenuineIntel_FIRMWARE_{8f87f311-c998-4d9e-a0c4-6065518c4f6d}_IMAGE_GenuineIntel.sys""AV_X_null_BAD_IP_nt!RtlpSetSecurityObject"I have the C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP too if someone can read it.Thank you very much.

PC randomly freezes while gaming

Hello all,

my PC started to randomly freeze while I am playing games,without showing a BSOD,but there are minidumps from those freezings/crashings.

Here is the Vlog collector : Attachment 287858

My OS is Win 10 x64 Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.778).

Please help me.

I uninstalled and re-installed the game. The freezing is still happening.

Please share the information requested below:

• Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
• Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.
