Windows 10: Pc randomly freezing, have to hold PWR restart

Hi,

My pc is starting to randomly freeze, I am unable to move mouse, CTRK + ALT + DEL or anything

I have to hold the power button down and restart the PC

Can anyone please help me figure out what is going on, I assume it may be a driver or something

How long does the factory reset take??

let the battery die,

then plug it in and it will try to automatically restart.

try doing this right after:

hold vol- & pwr

after you feel it restart, release the pwr button, but hold the vol- button until you see an exclaimation mark (!)

then release the vol-

tap, in this sequence:

vol+/vol-/pwr/vol-

this will start it into another reformat .

 

Pro cam, Glance and Color setting unavaible after 920 hang

Try doing a hard reset this way.

hold pwr + vol- until it restarts, then release only the power button, still holding vol-.

after a dew seconds you should see (!)

then release the vol- and press this order:

vol+, vol-, pwr, vol-

your device should reformat.

after that, try to see if you can install

 

The crash dumps are pointing to a failure with your amd graphics card driver or potentially the hardware itself. I would suggest updating to the latest drivers available for your card, and if you already running the latest, rolling back to a previous version
