Windows 10: PC Randomly Freezing

Hi, My pc has these random freezes even when im not doing anything I can just be sitting watching youtube and my entire pc freezes for a second then goes back to normal, I have tried resetting my pc, clearing drives, changing power options etc. nothing seems to be working. any idea's? greatly appreciated note, the pc can be working fine for an hour or so and then start freezing, it can also start up and instantly start freezing, just depends i guess? it also freezes once per 10 seconds

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
