Windows 10: PC randomly occuring problem

I don't even know how to explain this, my pc keeps entering like, I'll try to demonstrate it.Every time I'm in a voice call with someone, this is what they're saying.Example:"Hi, so I have a question, how do you update your computer?"The error:"Hi, so I- *freezes* I- I- I- h- ave a question, how do you update your computer?"Basically randomly glitchingHere's a video of the example.https://youtu.be/vJDr_cN9AvsHelp, task manager says CPU, memory, and disk perfectly normal.Disk storage is also normal.\Note: It isn't just the audio, it's the screen itself, it glitches like framerate drops.

PC randomly occuring problem

Hi there!

Like I said, this is an example of a voice call, this also occurs to such apps like youtube, etc. It's basically experiencing the same thing as this, Not just the audio, but rather the frame rate, it randomly happens.

Short recap: Happens to all apps, the better way to explain this was to show the audio but it's not just the audio, all apps also began to lag with this, I need help how to stop this randomly occurring glitch.

 

PC Randomly Reboots

Just recently, my PC started to randomly reboot, to start it was once every other day, and know every few minutes.
Any suggestions to rectify this problem would be greatly appreciated.

 

iTunes installation + Other installation that have occured

It seems that there's a problem with that particular link. Anyhow, here are some steps that you can try and see if it resolves the issue:

• Install iTunes as administrator.
• Update your Windows.
• Restart your PC.
• Visit Apple forums to check for suggestions.
