Windows 10: PC randomly restarting when installed on new drive or win 10 to 11 update ONLY while...

So, I've been dealing with this issue for over a month now. Let me summarize it here:1. I bought new motherboard, cpu, ram and a new m.2 drive while i'm at it.- Gigabyte Z390 AORUS ULTRA-CF --> MSI Meg Z590 UNIFY- Intel Core i7 8700K --> Intel Core i9 11900k- Kingston 8GB KHX3200C16D4/8GX DDR4 --> G.SKILL 32GB 3200MHz CL16 Ripjaws V- Kingston 8GB KHX3200C16D4/8GX DDR4 --> G.SKILL 32GB 3200MHz CL16 Ripjaws V- a new drive: GOODRAM 4TB M.2 PCIe Gen4 NVMe PX700 2. I installed everything including Windows 10! from my old usb.3. I stress tested my new pc using cinebench, Heaven benchmark

PC Randomly Restarting after installing new Ram!

Tried your suggestions, but still had a restart! Also ran memtest overnight (13 hours according to memtest) and had no errors! Also ran Passmark Burn in test for a couple hours testing everything and had no errors or restart. Could fitting the new ram have triggered something to go bad like my mobo or psu?

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
