Windows 10: PC randomly running slow. Nothing working. How to fix?

I was playing Minecraft yesterday and the game crashed and my pc started running super slow. I've run benchmarks, I've put antimalware in an exclusion, I've taken my pc apart and cleaned it, restarted it, rebooted it, I've even tried running commands in command prompt. nothing works. I don't know what to do. my system is the HP Pavilion, it runs windows 11.

Internet randomly stops working on PC (works fine on other devices)

Also, I did the chkdsk C: /F /R but it didn't do anything.

It got stuck at 21% every single time and when ever I restart my PC it constantly starts scanning. Not sure how to stop it.

PC slow and not responding

Hi,

To assist you with your concern, we suggest you to run the System Maintenance Troubleshooter to check and see why your PC is running slow and unresponsive. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting. If you cant find the option, click View By and select Large Icons.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.
