    pc randomly shut downs dell e7470 windows 11 and 10


    my pc windows 11 dell e7470 ultra book core i7 randomly shuts downs everytime i log in if i dont log in and stay on lock screen it reamins on and also if i boot in safe mode it works perfectly the power event it says acpi power management but my pc is not over heating
