Windows 10: pc randomly shutoff and is stuck on a black screen with motherboard logo saying "preparing...

The spinning wheel next to "preparing system repair" froze, regardless i let it sit for a couple hours. restarted pc and it didnt freeze but just kept spinning and would not let me continue to the blue recovery screen. i attempted to reset bios settings, boot into safe made, and some other thinge but nothing happened, its almost like windows 11 was somehow completely corrupted. i then attempted to reinstall windows 11 via usb drive, booted from it in bios it and was left with a black screen with the windows logo and another never ending spinning wheel. im not sure what to do or what the issue

Preparing automatic repair black screen afterwards stuck

Fixing this gaming PC for a friend. His computer gets stuck on the windows logo with the dotted spinning circle. In the past to fix this i've done a startup repair. But this time, the PC starts the Preparing Automatic Repair, then screen goes black, where normally it should be showing diagnosing your pc before loaded the Automatic Repair screen.

What should I attempt to try next?

Hello There Everyone.

I shutdown my pc yesterday after work after 12 hours i open it but i am stuck with black screen. I tried my steps to open it but it dosen't work.
Steps i did
*i tried to startup repair on advance menu
*i have reset the pc ( its says problem occured)
*i have Uninstalled recent update.
My pc specs
*Acer Veriton
*64 bit
*windows 10
Please help me to solve out

When i try to turn my pc on, i get stucked in the windows logo. I tried to go to the repair tool, but after the message saying that it's preparing the automatic repair tool, all i get is a black screen with a big cursor
