    PC randomly shuts down then reboots


    Hey,


    So my pc has recently been completely randomly crashing to a black screen then rebooting. It has mostly occurred when i have been playing games and i cannot seem to find what is is for the life of me.


    I initially thought it might be my cpu overheating as it was pretty dirty, but i have gone through and cleaned my entire system and still happens so not sure wether it is hardware or software related at this point.


    Any help with this would be amazing.

    OS: Windows 10 Home version 10.0.17134

    Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 3

    CPU: Intel(R) Core i7-4790k @ 4.00GHz

    GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 2gb

    It is possible that your Notebook shut downs randomly due to corruptions. To isolate your issue, we'd like to gather more information:

    Windows 10 randomly reboots

    After shutting down pc cleanly, on next start up my Windows 10 (recently updated from Windows 8.1) will randomly shut down. Today it rebooted, on time with a blue screen and than two other times it randomly restarted when I wasn't in the room. This seems
    to happen everytime I shut the pc down and than restart the pc. If I leave it on, it seems to be ok. The last time I shut down the pc was 5 days ago. The pc was updated to Windows 10 around a month ago and just started doing this. I do have 3 mini dump
    files from today, but don't know how to read them.

    PC randomly shuts down.


    Ones pointed out on PSU voltage seem a bit low, temps on System seem o.k.. Did not go down to the Graphics card. When this shuts down randomly it never restarts right away or does it do it while using the PC ?
