Windows 10: PC Randomly Shuts Down & Tries to Restart

Hey everyone, I'm here because I'm honestly getting desperate and Google isn't helping me much.Last week, my desktop Windows 10 machine from NZXT began to randomly shut down and then try to restart, but about 50% of the time, it will enter a cycle of restarting and failing to boot past the motherboard/BIOS manufacturer loading screen in my case, American Megatrends. Sometimes it boots correctly, though, but I wait on bated breath for it to shut down abruptly again. May be worth noting that these random shutdowns do not have BSODs; it simply shuts down and immediately tries to restart. I ca

Random shut down and restart??

Computer: Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual cpu
E220@2.406hz
2.42 GHZ, 2.00 GB of RAM
Windows xp

Ever since I replaced the fan (with heat sink) the computer has randomly shut down and then restarted, at first during streaming, and now, will shut down and restart anytime. I tried to replace the graphics card to no avail. *Confused *Mad

One suggestion was to replace the RAM.

Any suggestions on how to repair my computer?

PC Randomly Restarting after installing new Ram!

Tried your suggestions, but still had a restart! Also ran memtest overnight (13 hours according to memtest) and had no errors! Also ran Passmark Burn in test for a couple hours testing everything and had no errors or restart. Could fitting the new ram have triggered something to go bad like my mobo or psu?
