    PC randomly slowing down, freezing then giving me the BSOD.


    Hello, my PC has gotten the BSOD a lot recently when I was doing simple tasks. I tried looking at my Event Viewer but I have zero idea how to use it. Someone please help me in anyway you can. I need this PC to work because I do School and my everyday tasks on it. Someone please. I don't want to use a Chrome Book.My device specs are: Processor - AMD Athlon Silver 3050U with Radeon Graphics 2.30 GHz - 12GB of RAM - 64-bit system and x64-based processor and I use Windows 11, my Windows specs state it's "Windows 11 Home" idk if that changes anything. and also the manufacturer is Lenovo.Minidu

    Windows 10 freezes randomly


    I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
    Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
    I had tried that as well... no result.

    To better assist you regarding Windows 10 which freezes randomly, please provide the following:

    • Which is the last Windows update build you've applied to the computer?
    • Are there any third party applications that are currently installed?
    Furthermore, we suggest that you do a BIOS update to your computer. Here are the steps:

    • Check the motherboard manufacturer's website to find the specific model of your motherboard.
    • Go to the computer manufacturer's website.
    • Look for the computer model that you're using.
    • You should find any available BIOS update.

    Turning off fast startup helped with this issue for another user on a different forum. For newbies, see steps Windows 10 Freezes Randomly.
